Computer: KO

So I decided it wasn’t the monitor that blew up. In fact we took it in and they assured us it was fine. The problem lies in the computer itself. Which is a much more complicated problem. We are thinking it a video card thing. Not that we can make sure of anything without video feedback.

Hell! Crud! *long stream of curses*

It’s the second time something like this happened about 2 months ago. And it was not pleasant. I’m putting on the I-don’t-give-a-shit face for Dad so he doesn’t kill himself stressing about it. But it’s like MY COMPUTER!!! Waaaaa! So um right. Office computer.

Email is going to be out for a while. Sorry guys. I am suffering from withdrawal.

Try booting the infernal machine up in safe mode, that should tell you if it’s the videocard. If it is, then you’ll get a display at least, albeit a 16-color nasty thingy.

    nice try

It would work to try that cept for the small problem that I can’t boot it in safe mode. It’s like I’m working without a monitor. and I don’t know all the command keys to set that up. Not to mention we took it into the shop. Sooo yea… Thanks anyway.
